Inline Frame won't appear

I created the opening page of my web site using tables. In one of the cells I
put an inline frame. Upon opening my site all but the inline frame page is
displayed I get a "Not Found" Messege. How so I fix this?

Make sure the link to the page to open in the IFrame is correct.
