Inline frames - Automatic change?

I need an inline frame to display a different page at midnight every day, is
this possible?

E.G - I need the frame to display a different page for each day of the week
and to automatically switch at midnight so i don't have to manually selct the
default page.

Any help would be awesome

Google for scheduled includes, and or see if your hosting company supports
something that will change a page on a schedule.
If your host provides the web masters Control Panel also called CPanel,
check it because it may have that feature built in to your hosting account..
