Inline screenshot doesn't display in Outlook 2007

I am unable to view inline graphics of screenshots in Outlook 2007. An empty
box appears where the graphic should be, but the picture doesn't display. If
I do a print preview the picture shows, so I know that it downloaded. Is
there a way to make the graphic display in the message without using print
preview to view it?
