Inner Office email in Spam Folder - Clients just not receiving ema

One of our employees Outlook programs is just acting funky.

(1) Some mail sent within the office is being sent to this employees Spam
Folder. Sometimes another employees email goes to the spam folder, sometimes
it goes to the inbox.

(2) Over the last few weeks more and more of our clients are saying they
never recieved this employees emails. Yet they do not find them in their spam
folder. They just do not get them. Yet the emails were sent.

From what I çan tell the email address and ISP is not black listed.

I am not sure where to start trouble shooting this issue.
