Inprovement for the Find and Replace Function in Word

For any MS Developer who works on Word, I have a
suggestion for future versions. The Find and Replace
window should be much smaller than it currently is. When
you click on the Find the 'hit' should always appear
centered vertically in the page so that you may read the
content around it and move on if not applicable. The find
window should never obscure the content of the doucment.

Another trick I sometimes use is to search upwards instead of downwards.

The likelyhood that the Find dialog obscures the text is much smaller then.
