input "20" get "twenty"

I have Excel 2000 and when I input "20" into a cell and
press Enter I see "twenty" on the screen.

Any idea?

You either have an event macro running, or in Autocorrect, someone has instructed Excel to
replace 20 with twenty.

Look in Tools / Autocrrect Options, and search for 20. If you find it then just delete
it.

i found both 20 and 80 replaced with twenty and eighty.

i have NO idea how that got in there.

it was driving me crazy.
