Input box area bigger

How do I make the input box area where you put text in, BIGGER so that you see more of it, like multi-line?

I think i can help but i need a better idea of what you are trying to do and what you mean as "the input box"

I can get an input box to come up and I can even make it put the data in a certain place, but I'd like to see the area larger instead of just a one line with a set number of characters. Where the data is entered into and input box, I'd like to see multiline

For greater control over the user input interface, create a userform.
You will have greater flexibility with the userform controls.

I've never done anything with a userform in writing code. Is it similar application
