Input form does not work

I have a database that has an input table used for queries. When I deploy
the run time version of this same Database, users cannot paste append into
this table for input. How do I solve this problem. I would like users to
input their own data, but the runtime version does not allow that.

Please help

I'm having a bit of trouble visualizing an application that would have users
entering data into a table to run a query.

Can you be a bit more specific, and provide examples and the SQL statement?
