Input Languages

I recently install the file(s) for Text Services and Input Languages. I added
Korean so my wife could write and print her documents. The problem I am
having is that when I download a .txt, .doc, etc., there are some Korean
letters. Most of the time it is the first of a word; Ex. print ë°„?/LI>. What I
am seeing is print(korean letter) ?/LI>. I have no idea what tha letter is.

You didn't mention what version of Word/Office
or Windows you're using. You may want to followup in
