Input Mask In a mulit user Environment

I have a data input form in a multi user environment that
will not recognize custom input masks. We want to ener
time as "##:##;0;-" allowng the shift key colon to be
omited from the actual input, and recording the time in
classic Military style (Ie: 07:00 - for 7AM or 13:00 for
1PM) it is my intention for the end user to type 0700 and
have 7:00 appear in the field. this works fine on my box,
but others are experiencing problems. in some cases we
are over writing a date, in others 0:00 appears no matter
what time is entered. We are using a runtime version of
Access on boxes that either have no access or have acccess
2000. I run Access 2002, on an XP os. Is this strictly
a capability issue and only upgrades will solve our
dilema, or have I erred in settiing up the input mask?
