Input Masks....

I've MS Access 2000 (9.0.3821 SR-1).

I'm trying to create an input mask in my table for email addresses. I under
stand that "A" refers to "Letters or Digits that are required" and "a"
refers to "Letters or Digits that are NOT required". But how do I tell it
that the number of "not req'd letters/digits can vary?

Does anyone know how I can create an input mask that will ensure a valid
email address?

TIA

You can't. About all you can do is use Before Update or a Validation rule to
insure at least one dot and exactly one @.
