Input Problem

Whenever I enter a new name in my Outlook Contacts, no matter how often I type the First Name and Last Name correctly (e.g., Joe Smith), my Outlook always lists the name as Smith Joe. Now,it categorizes the contact name correctly (I find it under the S's as Smith, Joe), but the full name is always listed as Smith Joe instead of Joe Smith.

This makes it impossible to merge my Contacts into Word because the names are always backwards. Can you help??
