Insatllation error Outlook express

I recntly installed OutLook 2003 several months after having installed MS
Office Standard Edition 2003 and I'm getting error messages involving "files
not found" such as E3561406.CAB G361412.GAB and L261412.CAB.

I have been using the "Detect and Repair" function when I get these messages
Is there a fix for this?
