Insert a Blank Page after each group

I am trying to design a report so that after each group is finished printing,
a new page will be inserted with some information on it. I have tried using
the forcenewpage on my group footer, but I can't find a way to get the page
to show without the page header and the page footer. Is there a way to insert
a page without the page header and footer on it after each group?
