Insert a complete page in Word

I can't seem to insert a page without: selecting all-copy-
then paste in new .doc.This is messy(messes pagination)
and time consuming- Is there a similar function like
adobe acrobat professional where you can just insert a
full page without using the highlight or select all-copy
function?
