Insert a 'Date Modified' field

Anyone know how to insert a field so that I can capture when an activity has
been created or modified ? Would also like to capture the user name if
possible.

Hello Mick,
For "when an activity has been created" you can insert the "Created"* field.
For other pieces of information, you need some VBA programming.
