insert a icon for msn messenger

like msn explorer, a button that can be toggled on and off to launch
messenger or see who is online

In Outlook? Why not just click the tray icon to open MSN IM?

Outlook 2002/2003 support seeing if a message sender or opened contact is an
MSN contact and online.

I am able to do that, but in msn explorer, there is an icon for msn
messenger included in the row of icons. too bad outlook 03 doesnt have that.
