insert a picture on a picture

Hi, i am trying to insert a smaller picture on top of a large picture, then
enter it into a ebay listing through html, i have tried this but seem to only
get the code for the larger picture. Can you help me do it correctly.

Make the big picture the background image of the container,
Then insert the smaller image.
