Insert a shape legend into a Visio flowchart

I have created a cross functional visio flowchart and have been asked to
insert a legend depicting the meaning of the shapes I have used. I do not
know how to do this, can anybody help me please?

If you open the "network and peripherals" stencil you will see a "legend"
shape on the stencil. You can drag this onto your drawing. Because the
flowchart shapes are not configured to use this add-on, the next step is to
drag the shapes from the flowchart stencil onto the legend shape that are
already on the page. The addon will then ask if you want include that shape
in the legend, after replying positively you can then discard the flowchart
shape you just opened if you do not need it in the current drawing.
