Insert a Word table

Hi,

I made a table in WORD and would like to insert it into a VISIO document.
Is that possible?

Visio does not have support for tables. You can paste the table in as a
picture and lose editability. You can also paste the contents of the table
into a shape, which will arrange the contents into tab-delimited columns.
