Insert Address causes error

I have Office XP. When I'm in word and try to insert a
Contacts address, using the Insert Address button, I
repeatedly get an error (AppName: winword.exe AppVer:
10.0.4524.0 ModName: schdmapi.dll
ModVer: 9.1.2318.0 Offset: 00016abb) and Word shuts
down. I have
removed and re-installed the Insert Address button (from
the Customize Toolbars area). I have examined the
properties of the Contacts folder, that looks normal. I
have done repeated detect and repairs. Nothing is solving
this problem. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
