How do I insert an addressee's information (say from my Outlook contacts) or some other address book into a Word document so that I do not have to manually type the information in each time I am writing a letter

Thanks

Hi =?Utf-8?B?dGI=?=,

Which version of Word?

I

Insert address

Hello: I got the exact same question, I am using Word 2000. The options available under tool/labels and envelopes appear to allow insertion of an address into a label or invalid, but not directly to the document

This is a simple operation to accomplish in WordPerfect, I'm surprised that I can't find an equivalent in Word

Arthur keystroke shortcuts that will accomplish this, both for opening the address book and for inserting the address? Is it possible

Thanks very much

Insert address

Sorry -- there were a couple of typos in my last e-mail -- "I've got", not "I got"; "insertion of an address into a label or invalid" was supposed to be "insertion of an address into a label or envelope

Typos notwithstanding, I'd still love to get an answer to this

Thanks

"All commands". Drag it to the toolbar or menu where you'd like to have it, or
assign a keyboard shortcut to it :)
