Insert an new form with information from database already in

Hello I already create a form who filled all his fields with data from my
Access database but now for exemple I just want to change the year and submit
my form. But I want to create a new record on my table with all my previous
data and not just change the year because I want to keep my data whitout
change for the previous year. So the best I want it's to load the data of the
previous year and change the date to create a new record on the database and
I don't know how to do it.
