Steps to Add a Picture Background
Step 1: Open your PowerPoint 2007 file
Step 2：Click the slide or slides that you want to add a
background style to
Step 3：On the Design tab , click the arrow next to Background
Styles in the Background group, and then click Format Background

Step 4. Choose the Picture tab at the top of the Fill Effects dialog
box.
Step 5. Click on the Select Picture...button to locate the photo
saved on your computer.
Step 6. Click on OK to add the photo to the slide background.
