Insert Cells

I have switched over to Excel for Mac 2004 ver 11.1 from XP. If I try
to insert a cell, I don't get the dialog box asking me to move right,
left, down, up. It "defaults" to inserting a row. Has anyone else had
this problem?

No. It works as expected here. Do you have a single cell pre-selected when
you try this?

Hi Paul, I figured out the problem. Somehow I made my spreadsheet a
"List". Once I changed that I was all right. Thanks.
