"Insert Chart" function fails in Word, Publisher, PwrPnt

I can't insert charts in all the other applications in Office 2007 except
creating a chart in Excel itself.

When I try inserting a chart in, Word, for example, I can go up to selecting
a type of chart, but selecting any chart results in a "Some chart types
cannot be combined with other chart types. Select a different chart type."

Also, about 60% of the time I do that, "Excel has stopped working" pops out
and Microsoft can't find a solution.

This happens in every Office application except Excel itself, and both blank
or old documents. If I insert chart in Compatibility Mode it works in the old
fashioned Office 2003 style.

When I use Excel 2007, it "Excel has stopped working" me whenever I close it.

I have tried re-installing Office 2007, repair installing, Office diagnosis,
emptying temporarily files, but to nothing fixes this issue.

I use Vista Home Premium 32-bit SP1, and my Office 2007 is updated. I have
Windows/Microsoft updated everything.

I was trying to, but I can't. All except the COM add-ins are disabled. The
Excel Add-in's are disabled.

I can't disable the COM add-ins. When I try to uncheck the boxes it says

"The connected state of Office Add-Ins registered in HKEY_Local_Machine
cannot be changed"

It keeps saying "The connected state of Office Add-Ins registered in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE cannot be changed" when I try to disable the COM add-ins.

Thanks, Jan Karel Pieterse. I found a way to turn off the add-ins. You have
to go to Program File --> Microsoft Office and search for the EXCEL.exe then
right click on it, run it as admin. Then disable the add-ins.

After several try, it seems the btsendto_office.dll (Send to Bluetooth)
addin is causing the problem.

You just have to disable it in Excel, nothing else. Disabling it in Word or
anything else won't fix it.

HOWEVER! Does anybody know why the send to bluetooth add-in would cause such
problem? I mean, all the other Office applications use the same .dll but they
don't have any problems with it.
