Insert check mark in a box in Word

Lisa

Hi,

I have Office 2003 on XP. How can I insert a check mark in a box by double
click the box? It's too many steps if do Insert -> select Symbol etc? I like
something similar to what I can do in Contemporary Fax.

Any help will be appreciated!

Hi Graham, thank you for your reply. It's too complicated. I am not a
programmer. It there easy way to do it?

Thanks again,
Lisa

No. You'll never learn if you don't try it.
There is no programming involved. I have done that for you. All you have to
do is follow a few simple instructions.

Graham is right -- his instructions for installing macros are
foolproof (and I have no idea, and no idea how to find out, what any
particular line in a macro means/does, except the ones that refer to
commands whose names are clearer than most Word command names).
