(1) There is no such thing as "Harvard style." That's a phrase used in
England (and unknown in the US, including at Harvard University) for
any (author, date) reference system, and each publisher and
institution has its own variety.

(2) Not a question about Word. The style depends on the particular
style sheet you were asked to follow.

There is no such thing as THE Harvard style. It is a common term to indicate
an author-date type of system. There are probably over 50 Harvard style
variants out there. A number of possible implementations for Word 2007/2008

2- if I attend a lecture by someone and I need to insert as a reference,
how
can I do it?

Word has no specific type for lectures so you will have to pick the closest
alternative. You probably could use "Conference Proceedings" where the
author is the lecturer, the title the title of the specific lecture you
attend, and the conference name the name of symposium/conference/class the
lecture was hold at.
