insert clip art, error message 0x80070079

I upgraded to MSOffice 2007 student and teacher along with adding Outlook
2007. I use clip art often but now my PC hangs for several minutes when I
select "insert" and then "clip art". Then I get the error message code
0x80070079. I am running an XPS700 tower with dual widecreen ws3007monitors.
My systems boogies other than these recent developements. I was also unable
to load the trial version of Publisher 2007?

What did these upgrades do to my machine?
