insert comment in chart

in excel,we can insert to some comment or Autoshape on chart,i want to insert
similar objectes on chart dataes in Access when some changing happen in
data.for example when in y-axis moderately 100 dropes is happened,i want to
insert some comment that explain this drop.how to do this?
