How do I change the default format (font type and size) of the "insert comment" function in Excel 2000, without having to change the format EVERY time I insert a comment?

This site doesn't make it explicit that using Control Panel makes this a
system-wide change, meaning all Windows apps using Tool Tips would have a font
change. Maybe that's OK, maybe not.
