Insert Comments from InfoPath form in SharePoint library

Wondering if there's a way to insert text directly into the comments
area (the comments that are in the Version History of a file within a
SharePoint library). Since we're using the Version History to track
revisions of an InfoPath form we want to force them to leave comments
on each version of the form that are made. Thanks in advance.
