Insert cross reference to figure lower case

Hi,

The current option for inserting a cross reference to a figure or table does
not have a checkbox to make the label lower case.
By altering the field code and adding "\* lower" it is possible to have it
lower case.

I suggest adding a checkbox on the insert - cross reference dialogbox as well.
