Hi all 
I am trying to create a form and need to insert a field with a custom date
format. In the Insert field property, there is no where to set a custom
date format. All I want to do is display the current date as MMM, yyyy - it
is not one of the choices, and I don't know how to create it as custom date.
Can anyone please help?
