Insert date into word.

Date and time>
Now I select: "Tuesday 28 October 2003" because I don't
like 28 Oct '03>
Now I press "Default">
But next time we are back at the top of the list again.
Why, what is the default button for?

The Default... button establishes the format that will be used when you use
Alt+Shift+D to insert a DATE field.
