1. How can I use macro to insert rows whenever I input "S" in column D, I
should be asked how many rows I would like to insert.

2. Delete any rows below the "S" when I delete "S" in column D. The number
of row will be dependent on whether the cells in coulmn A are empty below the
"S". In the above example row 3 and 4 would be deleted.

Any data in column E onwards in the same row as the "S" will also need to be
deleted.
