Insert "Delivery Point Barcode"

The only way I have been able to add the barcoding for zip codes in a merge
document is when I first create a new merge document. How can you add this
feature to an already existing merge document? It does not show in the
"Insert Merge Field" list.

If you are shooting for automation discount mailing rates,
check with the U.S. Postal service first. They have
excellent booklets explaining the process.

Bulk mailing today generally requires an address
verification program, called CASS certification. Unless you
are going to have a large, frequent mailing, the purchase
of such a program far outweighs the savings. All have
