Insert document link on notes pages

From the INSERT menu, allow us to browse to a document and paste an icon/name
in our ONE NOTE pages. Special feature: hovering the mouse over the icon/name
brings up a preview or several lines of that document.

You can do something close to that in SP1 by dragging a file from Explorer
onto a Notes Container. A popup menu will appear from which you can choose
to insert a link to the file.

No additional data is given when you mouseover the link, however.
