insert file causes error

I cannot use insert file. Every time I get "Microsoft Office Word has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience". Very frustrating. Does anyone else have this problem?

You might not have enough resources to handle the job. Try clearing
your TEMP folder. See this article for more info...

Or the document may be corrupt. Is this happening while trying to
insert the same document or does it happen when trying ANY insert
file?

Dian,

I've done the clean out as set out in the mousetrax article. Have not had
much opportunity to try the insert file, though it has still come up with the
error at least once since my post. I also get the same error A LOT when
opening files. Any ideas?
