Insert file in email, Outlook Crashes.

Hello all,
I have HTML formatted email chosen. When I try to insert a file in the
email the Outlook program crashes. Any ideas?

Specs:

Windows XP, SP2
Microsoft Office 2003

The solution is most probably in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918165

There will be a re-issue of security update MS06-015 tomorrow, which
should also fix the problem.

I ran the fix but still have the problem! is there something I am missing?
