insert file/mail as object in body of mail

Dear All,

How can I insert file or mail which appear like the object in the body of
the mail(not as attachment). If we double click on the object, the
attachment will open.

I got a mail with this type of objects but I dont know how to attach the
mails(from my inbox or some other place) to this mail bcz i need to give
reply with some mails.

You can use Insert-> Object or set your message format to Rich Text.
Note that both methods could make the attachment unreadable if the recipient
is not using Outlook or if the message gets converted incorrectly by a mail
server or virus scanner in between.
