Insert File Window - full screen only!

Using MS Outlook 2003 after I start a new email and then want to insert a
file (paper clip icon, etc.) the next window comes up full screen. I can NOT
make it a flexible size, like all the other windows, including Outlook
itself. That is, the "size" box in the upper left corner is GONE.

Any ideas on how to get it back??

Note: I also run MS Outlook Express and it still is working fine when I go
to add a file.

In the browse dialog, right-click on its titlebar and select Size. If the
titlebar is off the screen, hit Alt+Spacebar to bring up the control menu
for that window and then hit S to select the Size entry (or, in order,
Alt+Spacebar & S).

The first arrow you key selects which edge of the window to adjust its
position. Subsequent arrow key presses change the position of that edge.
For example, after hitting Alt+Spacebar & S, pressing the left arrow key
selects the left edge of the window and then you can hit the left or right
arrow keys to move that edge. You can repeat for each edge or until you see
enough of the window to drag it into the screen (by dragging on its
titlebar) to use the mouse on the edges or corners to resize the window. Of
course, if you can already get the mouse to focus on the edges or corners
then you don't have to use the keyboard method of reducing the window size.

Note: I also run MS Outlook Express and it still is working fine when I go
to add a file.
