When Inserting a file in Outlook, attachment file name and size are not
completely visible. Looks like Icon and file name are too large or too far
left on mail message. Using Rich Text format as default.

Since Rich Text format inserts the attchment icon at the insertion point in
the body of the message, one thing you can do is move the insertion point.
The other is to send your messages in Plain Text of HTML.
