Insert Flash Format Menu

[Haiku]

On my frontpage 2003, the Insert Flash Format menu is disabled. What do I
need to enable it to insert aflash file. I already had a flash file in it,
but when I try to update with another file the menu is disabled.

Check your Tools Page Options Authoring settings to make sure everything is turned on
