insert flash (.swf) file into web site page in Publisher

Does anyone know how to insert a converted PowerPoint file (now a flash file
with the extension .swf) into a web page that I am building in Publisher? I
know I can insert a Power Point presentation but it is way too big and I
converted it into a .swf file so it can play as a slide show. The
instructions in FlashPoint tell me to bring the output file over into the web
page but Publisher does not contain any instructions as to how to do that.
All is offers is how to insert the Power Point presentation which is not what
I want to do. Thanks !
