Insert from Scanner option NEEDED

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel With the boom of All-in-one Print/Scan/Fax machines and Epson supporting TWAIN my Office 2008 is crying out for the "Insert from Scanner" functionality.

Please put that wonderful feature back in for the next version of the greatest productivity suite of all time - Office for the Mac.

I would be very happy to beta test that feature for you or even pre-beta test it (seeing that I was the original tester in the MacBU who tested it ).

Best of luck folks - the product is great, and lets hope that Outlook for the Mac is a real Mac application.

Hi Freddy,

perhaps you are already aware of this, but the Insert from Scanner
feature in previous versions of Office relied on VBA. Since VBA is
missing in Office 2008, this functionality is missing, too. The next
version of Office is supposed to have VBA support, so perhaps this
feature will find its way back in there, too.
