Insert full path and name of file in footer

What is the quickest way to add the full path and file name of a document
into the footer in Word 2007?

Thank-you JoAnn. I've used the process you describe for using the Word Menus.
I notice the field does not updatate automatically - so if I enter the field
before I save the file I then have to update it after the save. Is there a
way to include the automatic update into the QuickParts block?
