Insert HTML Counter Code, Etc?

Hi!
How do you insert special code generated for counters, weather, etc.?

Web page has a counter. The counter code was generated by the counter
website. The code needs to be pasted it but not altered by FrontPage. In
older versions it was surrounded by code something like this:

!--webbot bot="HTMLMarkup" startspan --

How do I get Frontpage 2003 to put in the start and end tags for inserted
HTML like that?

Hi Sheri,

One of the best ways to introduce HTML into FrontPage is to first paste the
original code into Notepad and then copy from there for pasting into Code /
HTML view. This way FrontPage shouldn't make any changes to your code.

I didn't think that would work, simply pasting the code in in code view, as
it did not work that way in past versions. But it does now.
