Hyperlink in Outlook Task to Word File

I'm trying to find the easiest/quickest way to insert a hyperlink to a Word
file in the notes section of a task screen.

When I click Insert - I can insert the file, but it is a copy of the file
and I want to hyperlink to the original file.

When I go to the Word document and create a hyperlink and then copy/paste
that into Outlook task, I get an error message (can't find the link).

Appreciate your help.

if the filepath and/or name has spaces you need to replace them with %20
