Insert hyperlink to specific cell in Excel?

Can I insert a hyperlink in an email that links to a specific cell in an
Excel spreadsheet? I'd like for my recipient to be able to click on the
link and have it not only open the .XLS file (which is on a network
drive) but *also* take her to that specific cell.

I don't think so, but if excel supports bookmarking, you should be able to
construct a url that will work.
